What changes on your side

The agent doesn't just "talk smart" — it actually operates your store. We integrate it with your platform's API (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom — whatever you have) so it can:

  • Search your real catalog in real time, including stock levels and current prices
  • Build a virtual cart under the customer's account (or as a guest)
  • Apply the right tax, shipping zones, promo codes
  • Generate a unique payment link (Stripe, PayPal, NETOPIA, your processor of choice)
  • Update inventory the moment the link is paid
  • Trigger your fulfillment flow automatically — same as a website checkout would

For your team, every chat-purchase looks identical to a website purchase in your dashboard. The only difference is the source: channel: whatsapp-bot instead of channel: web.

Where this hits hardest

  • Repeat purchases. "Same as last month" → done in 30 seconds. The customer doesn't even open the app. Removing friction at the reorder step is one of the highest-leverage wins for any store with regular buyers.
  • Mobile-first audiences. Your checkout works on mobile but it's still 8 screens. WhatsApp is one screen.
  • Categories with constant restocking. Pet food, supplements, refills, B2B consumables. The customer literally just texts "the usual + 5 extra".
  • Voice-of-customer data. Every chat is a labeled transcript of exactly how people describe what they want. That's better product research than any survey.
  • Lower abandonment. No cart pages to abandon. The "cart" is a sentence in a chat, and the next message is the payment link.

How we build it

This is a deeper integration than the consultant — we touch your product data, your checkout flow, and your payment provider. Not work to rush.

Mapping. We audit your catalog API, checkout flow, payment provider, fulfillment process. We identify what's clean and what needs adapter code.

Building the agent's "hands". The AI part is fast; the integration part is the real work. We build secure functions the agent can call: search_products, check_stock, add_to_cart, apply_shipping, create_payment_link. Every action is logged and reversible.

Training the agent. It learns your catalog vocabulary, your shipping zones, your promo logic. We test edge cases: out-of-stock during checkout, expired promo codes, partial fulfillment, failed payments.

Soft launch. We turn it on for a small group of customers first (your existing WhatsApp followers, for example), watch every transaction, fix what surprises us, then open up to all traffic.

Timeline depends entirely on your platform, your catalog hygiene and the payment provider — we give an honest estimate after the mapping phase, never before.

Honest limits

  • Not for every catalog. If your products need configuration (custom kitchens, made-to-measure suits), the consultant model is better. The concierge works best for clear SKUs.
  • Requires a real platform. If your "store" is an Excel sheet and a Telegram channel, we can build that first — but the concierge needs an API to integrate with.
  • Payment fraud is your provider's problem. We use your existing Stripe/NETOPIA/etc. — fraud rules, 3DS, refunds all work the same as on your website. The agent doesn't touch card data.
  • You still need humans for the messy 10%. Returns, complaints, special requests, anything emotional — the agent escalates to a human and we make sure that handoff is clean.

Common questions

Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with? Out of the box: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart. Custom platforms with a documented REST or GraphQL API: yes, with a one-time adapter built in Week 1. If you're on something exotic without an API, we'll tell you honestly before any contract.

Which payment providers does the agent work with? Stripe, PayPal, NETOPIA / MobilPay (Romania), Revolut Business — and anything else that supports generating unique payment links via API. The agent generates a link; the customer pays through your existing provider; you keep the same fees and the same fraud protection.

Does the customer actually pay "inside WhatsApp"? Honestly — no. WhatsApp Pay isn't available in Moldova or Romania (only India, Brazil, and a few other markets). What happens instead: the agent sends a direct payment link in chat, the customer taps once, pays on the secure page of your payment provider (Stripe, NETOPIA, etc.), then comes back to the chat with confirmation. From the customer's perspective it feels like a single conversation. Technically it's a chat-driven checkout with the payment step on an external secure page — which is also why the same fraud rules and 3DS apply.

Doesn't the AI making purchases create fraud risk? The agent never holds card data. It generates a payment link from your provider, the customer pays on their secure page, your provider's 3DS / fraud rules apply exactly like a website checkout. We've added a hard rule: the agent can never apply discounts beyond what you've explicitly authorized.

What happens when stock runs out mid-conversation? The agent checks stock at the moment it builds the cart and again right before generating the payment link. If something goes out of stock between those two points, the agent apologizes, suggests the closest alternative, and rebuilds the cart. No "ghost orders" for products you can't ship.

Can I see what the agent is doing in real time? Yes. Every action — search, cart change, payment link generated, payment received — appears in a dashboard. You can pause the agent for any customer with one click.

What if I want to A/B test pricing or scripts? Built-in. The agent supports variants — e.g. "show 50% of customers €92, the other 50% €88". Results land in the same dashboard. We typically run a 2-week experiment before suggesting permanent changes.
